I love Indian food there is no doubt about that. I received this cookbook today and cannot wait for my Sunday Funday of cooking meals to cook a few of these up! 

Anjali Pathak is the author. Honestly, I have never heard of her (should I be embarassed about that). The book is full of recipes she enjoyed growing up with. I like it because it is not full of your traditional Indian recipes you get in a restaurant. It is full of recipes that I actually grew up on but with Indian spices (not just curry added in) . 

If you are bored with cooking the same thing but your family isn’t into true Indian cuisine I would recommend this cookbook. It’s just different techniques to everyday food.
